General Shipping Information within the US

Our standard shipping is via FedEx, United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS) Ground.

Expedited and international shipping options are available (see below).

We process and ship orders Monday - Friday within 24 business hours of receipt. Expedited orders must be received before 5:30 PM Eastern Time to ship out same day (weekdays only).

You can get free shipping by ordering more than $50.00 worth of products.Free shipping is available only on orders that ship via Standard Shipping within the 48 Contiguous States.Our free shipping offer is subject to change or end without notice.

We offer expedited shipping options though FedEx and USPS:

You will get an instant quote on your shipping charges based on the weight of your shipment and shipping method selected at checkout.

 

Non-contiguous States & International Orders

Non-contiguous States (Alaska and Hawaii)

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship via UPS or USPS, 10-15 business days if Standard Shipping is selected and 3-7 business days if USPS Priority Mail is selected, depending on the delivery location. For an instant shipping quote, please place your order and select your preferred shipping method under 'Shipping Method' during checkout.

Non-contiguous Territory (Puerto Rico)

Orders to Puerto Rico ship via USPS, 3-7 days, depending on the delivery location. For an instant shipping quote, please place your order with Puerto Rico as the country and select Standard Shipping under 'Shipping Method' during checkout.

International & Canada

Free shipping offers do not apply to orders shipped outside the contiguous States. International orders ship via First-Class Mail International Package or Global Priority Mail, depending on the delivery location and customs and customer preference. You are able to track your package with Global Priority Mail. For an instant shipping quote, please place your order and select Global Priority Mail under 'Shipping Method' during checkout. Customs fees, local taxes, etc. are not included. The customer is responsible for paying duties and customs in addition to the international shipping costs. An additional $2.00 handling charge will be added to all international orders for international customs documentation.

Returns

Due to the nature of the product, Baby Mantra has a ‘No Return’ Policy; please choose your purchases carefully. If you are trying a product for the first time, we recommend that instead of purchasing a bundle, you purchase a single item to try out.
